Our leadership team of highly trained and experienced professionals is composed of committed volunteers who desire to share their knowledge assisting in serving our membership.
The Chapter is organized so that a Board of Directors serve as the governance of the Chapter. The majority of the Board of Directors are required to be Consultant or Consultant Affiliate Members.
The Board of Directors is lead by a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (or a Secretary/Treasurer). The Immediate Past President also serves to guide the board. Each of these leadership positions are considered to be servant positions. Meaning that although our purpose is keep things organized and share the different responsibilities of leading the Chapter; our number one focus at all times is to serve our chapter members to the best of our ability.
Although each leadership position has a specific role, each member of the leadership team understands that often they will be called to help in another area in order to better serve the Chapter.
One of the goals of the chapter is to openly share our successes and failures to help the greater good of our professional community. Our leadership team wants to serve our members by mentoring and providing a knowledge base that cannot be read in some text book, or collected in some series of class assignment; but rather gathered over decades of professional experience.
They say experience is the practical side of knowledge – and wisdom can only come for decades of experience.
As a chapter we are fortunate to have some of the most experienced industry professionals in the country volunteering their time to serve our members in leadership roles.
